Workshop 4
October 31 - November 1, 2026

Emotions and Fear as Signposts
In the soft morning light of a rainy day, we stand in a circle. I ask the group to place their hand on their heart.
"Feel your heartbeat, this pulsating rhythm that has accompanied you your whole life. That accelerates when you are afraid, that calms down when you are safe. Your body tells a story, if you dare to listen," you hear when you connect with your heart, I say.
A tear rolls down a participant's cheek. Her hand trembles slightly on her heart. Later that day, she says: "I realized that I hadn't really felt in years. I was living from my head, analyzing everything. But my body... my body has been trying to tell me something all this time."
In this intimate two-day workshop, we explore the hidden wisdom of our emotions and fears. Not as enemies to be overcome, but as deep-rooted protectors who want to tell us something important.
We work with breath as an anchor, with movement as a language, with silence as a teacher. For it is precisely in the space between the words, in the subtle conversation between body and mind, that the deepest insights often lie.
"Sometimes fear feels like an old friend," Robert shared during a morning circle. "He was always there for me, warning me of danger. But now I see that what was once protection has become a prison."
This workshop is different. We don't just dive into theory or techniques. We create a field of safety where old patterns are allowed to become visible. Where traumas stuck in the body can meet gentleness. Where we learn that emotions are not waves that overwhelm us, but currents that want to teach us something about ourselves.
Through experiential exercises, constellations, breathwork, and gentle exploration of body awareness, you discover a new way to deal with your emotional landscape. You begin to connect with the deep, unexpressed protest of the child within you, which learns to feel the difference between an old trigger and a current danger; between an emotion that requires processing and one that protects you.
This is an invitation to enter your inner world with gentleness and courage. To discover that the greatest freedom often lies precisely in feeling what we prefer to avoid.
