The Power of Psychological Basic Needs

Workshop 1
March 14 - 15, 2026

Imagine leafing through an old photo album. You see yourself at different moments: laughing at a birthday party, looking away shyly on the first day of school, beaming with a prize in your hands. Each image tells a story about who you were, who you have become. But shining through those images is a deeper truth—the invisible forces that connect all those moments.

In this two-day workshop, we descend into these hidden currents that shape our lives. Not as spectators, but as explorers who dare to feel, to investigate, to understand. For in the dance between connection and autonomy, between seeking recognition and being yourself, between control and surrender, lies the story of who we truly are.

This is not a theoretical exercise. This is a living experience in which your story takes center stage. Where we explore together how early experiences still resonate in the present. Where we discover that what we call 'personal' often turns out to be universally human.

In this workshop, we will explore together how our deepest needs—for connection, safety, recognition, and pleasure—are shaped by our life experiences. You will come to understand why certain situations can affect you so deeply, while others seemingly slide right past you.

These two days are an invitation to truly meet yourself. In a safe environment, with respect for everyone's process, we explore together the patterns that shape your life. You will receive practical tools to translate these insights into your daily life. For understanding is wonderful, but true transformation happens in small, daily choices and behavioral changes.

This workshop is an opportunity to finally understand why you do what you do and feel what you feel. And above all: how you can make new, healthier choices based on that understanding. Because when you know your deepest motivations, you can choose more consciously who you want to be.
