MIRROR WORK

Recognize the dance, change the music

You now know your own structure. You have felt where your body becomes tense, where your breath catches, where your survival skills take over. But there is one place where your patterns become truly visible—and that is in your encounter with another person.

Every relationship is a dance. Not the dance you consciously choose, but the dance your wounds choreograph for you. The Seeker clinging to the Avoider who pulls away. The Merger dissolving into the Strategist who maintains control. The Bearer carrying everything while the Achiever does everything. Sound familiar? It is no coincidence. It is the invisible choreography of two survival structures that know exactly how to find each other.

In this final workshop, we bring together everything you have built over the past year. Your knowledge of your own structure now becomes the key to deciphering the relationship dance—not to diagnose the other person, but to see with compassion what is truly happening between you.

Wound seeks wound: the invisible choreography

Why do you feel magnetically drawn to that one person who touches your deepest wound? Why do you repeat the same painful dance in relationship after relationship?

On this first day, we explore the dynamics between the character structures. You learn to recognize how your survival strategy activates that of your partner—and vice versa. Not as theory on a whiteboard, but through direct experience, using relationship constellations and the Spiegelwerk Portrait.

We work with systemic constellations: you literally place the dynamics of your relationship in the room. You see how your structure and your partner’s relate to one another—who approaches, who withdraws, who holds on, who disappears. What you can only vaguely sense in daily life becomes visible and tangible in the constellation. The group functions as a living mirror.

In addition, you and your partner will complete the Spiegelwerk Test together within a constellation. You discover not only your individual structural profiles, but also the interplay between them: where your structures clash, where they merge, and where the blind spots lie that neither of you can see.

Through the constellations, you experience the invisible forces within your relationship: the attraction, the repulsion, and the loyalties you have never before seen so clearly.

You learn to understand the language of each other’s wounds. What the Bearer means when he falls silent. What the Seeker is truly asking for when she clings. What the Strategist is protecting when he takes control.

You discover the direction of growth within your relationship: the point at which the dance can change—from reactive survival to conscious connection.

Because that is the wonderful thing: the same wounds that cause the pain also contain the key to deeper intimacy. Once you see the choreography, you can change the music.

Writing Your Own Compass

The second day is yours. After a year of discovering, feeling, and sometimes being shaken to your foundations, this is the moment to pause and look ahead.

We begin with an honest look back. Not as an evaluation form, but as a living inventory: what has changed in your body? Which patterns have softened? Where do you notice yourself responding differently than you did a year ago? And what still needs attention?

From this reflection, you write your personal Heart Manifesto—a compass for the path ahead. Not a set of good intentions that will be forgotten after two weeks, but a living document that emerges from what your body knows now. You articulate what you want to protect, what you want to release, and in which direction your growth may unfold.

  • You reflect on your journey through the six structures—what have you recognized, released, and rediscovered?

  • You write your Heart Manifesto: your personal compass, with core values, growth intentions, and concrete steps for the year ahead.

  • You share your manifesto with the group—not to receive feedback, but to be witnessed in who you are becoming.

  • This is not an ending. It is a beginning with your eyes open. You leave with a compass you have written yourself, rooted in everything your body has told you this year.

✶

Recognize the dance. Understand the music. Write your own story.
